The extra track menu provides you with some additional access to some extra commands in Audacity. So these commands are use to manipulate the controls of the track control panel. It also moves the tracks from up to down and vice-versa. These additional features are accessible in extra menu at Audacity.

These extra menu commands are accessible using the view command in extra menus. There are various commands for Focused tracks in Audacity and each command has its own value as they are quite useful and make your work easier.
Changing Pan on Focused Track
This command displays the Pan dialog for a focused track in which you can add a pan value. In addition you can even use the slider for a better-control panel and this feature is available when you use the pan slider.
Focused track- Pan Left
This command lets you control the pan slider on a focused track. Every keypress changes the value of the pan by 10% to the left.
Focused track- pan right
This command allows you to control the pan slider on a focused track. Every keypress changes the value of the pan by 10% to the right.
Change the gain
This command shows you the gain dialog for a focused track. So here you can enter again value or rather, use the gain slider for better control over the gain.
- Increase the gain- this command allows you to control the gain slider on the focused track. Every time you press the key, the value increases by 1Db.
- Decrease the gain- this command allows you to control the gain slider on the focused track. Every time you press the key, the value decreases by 1Db.
Open menu on the focused track
This command opens up a dropdown box menu named Audio Track Dropdown menu on the focused track. In this dropdown menu, you can use the up/down arrows for navigations and enter the key for selection. You can use the right arrow for opening the set sample format choices and the set rate. Use the left arrow for leaving the choices.
Mute or un-mute the focused tracks
This command enables a mute controller on the focused track. It lets you toggle the mute button.
Solo/ Un-solo the focused tracks
This particular command enables the toggling of the solo button on the track.
Closed Focused Track
This is a command that deletes the focused track in Audacity.
Move focused track- Up, Down, Top or Bottom
These commands allow you to move the focused tracks up, down, top, or bottom by one track. The command lets you move the focus wherever the track is moved. Use the commands properly and shift the track wherever you want, be it on the top, bottom, or just one track up or down.
In case of up and down options track moves up or down by just one track, but top and bottom options move the focus to the top or at the bottom of the track table. The focus moves wherever the track is.
