Export tracks to Audio
Mixdown
Audacity has this behaviour embedded in it automatically. It includes various features. When your project comprises tracks of mono mode, this feature can be seen. We have to do the mixing of tracks in this kind of situation. We make a new file for this. The new file also contains a single channel of mono-type.
We hear this audio on both the speakers. The file exported is stereo-type, if your project contains stereo tracks. The exported file contains 2 channels: left and right.
Advanced Mixing Options
A special window appears when we select this option. This window helps us export tracks. It helps in mapping our tracks of audio type to the output channels. And, permits the export of files which have multiple channels.
Multi-channel files have multiple audio channels. All white spaces are silence. It helps in reducing the offset of time. It is one of the most important features.
Show Metadata editor
You see this editor whenever a file is exported. The steps to export a file are File-> Export -> Export Audio. You can also uncheck the given option.
Some cases in which this feature does not help are:
- If your files already have metadata, this feature will not help.
- Export files also show the title of track and Number.
- Metadata tags editors are always in a suppressed state.
Ignoring blank space
The given feature is off automatically by the software. This feature considers all spaces in the beginning as silence. It automatically places the silence at the beginning when we export a file.
Exported Allegro file
You need to perform the following functions for Allegro file: File -> Export -> Export MIDI. With these functions, you can export files to .gro and .mid extensions.
The extension .gro tells us about the Allegro file. This preference takes care whether the .gro file signifies the time in seconds or beats.
- Seconds: You can observe the example. You can see how it would look like in the .gro file.
